Worst service
So i came to this site to try out and my first tournament i got cheated on. The game was said to be “1v1 submit results when all 6 maps are finished” and i questioned it but my opponent says “no no no it’s battle royale it’s fine” so as i started the game i messaged an admin if we were playing the right game mode and i die. After he gets a couple kills the admin says “the game was already played so results are final”. so i told him my situation that he told me to start and play the wrong game mode and i was messaging on my phone during the whole match. he does not try to understand what i’m saying and blames me for not recording voice chat and streaming on twitch. The opponent new i was a new player on this site and manipulated me to his favor. DO NOT GO ON THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DO THE SAME AND MANIPULATE NEW PLAYERS TO YOUR ADVANTAGE BECAUSE ADMIN WILL ALLOW IT UNLESS GIVEN COMPLETE PROOF

Brought life back to Madden
I enjoy having this app. Playing money games adds another element to game play that keeps it exciting. I don’t have enough time to play ultimate team and the fun of climbing the ranks of Regs play is trash now because of how Madden ranks players. But being able to play money games with people in the same skill level provides consistent fun game play. I also enjoy playing in the tournaments. It adds another level of competitiveness to the experience as you’ll get to test your skills against players with a better rating. Scam
Do not waste your time on this app. The people who work the website are stalkers and ban you without proof. I helped my friend make an account and once he won over $200 they banned him because he won against everyone so they said he cheated the system. They also somehow linked his account to mine and said he had multiple accounts so that’s why they banned him. They probably track where the account is being made which makes no sense because I was just helping him out. Freakin stalkers. Horrible Mgmt and Group of Workers
Would give 0 stars if possible. Had been playing on site and I always had to invite because my 2k doesn’t get invites for some reason. Played a dude 2 times for 45 dollars each time and lost, no problem. About to play the SAME DUDE again for 100 dollars and he contacts support saying that I won’t accept invite. Given we had just played twice before and I invited. ROB is a horrible associate. Not only did he not just cancel the match, he made me forfeit!!!! Give away another 100 dollars. This site is awesome! When someone disputes a game there is always a staff member/admin to assist you within 5-10 minutes. Even contacting them. The matches are quick and simple. This is a console only website and I find that to be fair. I am a Call of Duty player and I love to play on this site even if it’s for $5, $10, or even if you want to bet big $100+. I recommend this site for whoever wants to make money or play for fun with money. There is a ranking system to determine the skill level of each player. The website matches you up with players that are equal to your skill level. Join in on the fun!Show lessCcain11
Customer Service
Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Joshua “ the customer service manager” is the most rude, disrespectful, entitled manager I’ve ever spoken to. In chat he was disrespectful, snarky, rude and non helpful at all. I had a backup account because I forgot my first accounts info and I was banned and my funds were seized I would ask why and he would just send a link. I’d explain the misunderstanding and he’d go off his own discretion to not give me the account back and to keep all of my funds stating he has the power to do whatever he wants and you have no first amendment right when speaking to him. He is so rude and disrespectful to be a customer service rep. Worst customer service I’ve ever had in my life. If you express any frustration toward him he’d block you and keep you banned from site he acts like a dictator it’s sad. Also when given a survey at the end of the convo on how it’s going I gave him the worst satisfaction and left a bad comment on him he replies oh I’m the one who goes through that so your opinion doesn’t matter he’s the most unprofessional and rude “manager” everShow lessWE WANT GARYYYYYYY
Customer Service & App Setup
Customer service is great they just don’t like people complaining just because you lost money on a game to someone better than you. As long as your claim is legit the support team will work with you and make sure you’re taken care of. App could use a little work in functionality especially for 2v2 gunfight matches but i’m sure the team will be releasing updates soon. Honestly, this app is lit
The results pandemic hit a lot of people hard, and not only are people trying to make an income, they’re also trying to stay sane. Players Lounge made it so easy to make pocket change, while we wait and figure out what to do next. It’s entertaining and the customer service is pretty responsive.Minako1

I reached out to customer service for some help and they responded within 5 minutes. Watson was the person who helped me. Although he was prompt with his response he was not helpful and seemed bothered that I had questions regarding missing funds in my account. I asked him multiple times to review the transactions because there was an error with the amount that was showing in my account, however, he responded with short and lazy answers often sending basic links that I have access to using the app. The players who use this app are honest and legit but I would not recommend this app as it has shown to NOT be reliable with handling customer’s (specifically my) money.Show lessSuaisland
