Not good enough
The app is quite frustrating in a lot of aspects. Pointing out specific things would seems like a waste of time. It would be better if they can complete redo the thing. But their new online web invoicing system if even worse so I don’t know. Way worse than the Bunnings app.

Pretty average
The search is pretty basic it’s hard to find stuff. Also it keeps logging us out for no reason. Bunnings of all places have a 5 star app up your game Placemakers

Great app! The search engine works really really well now and using Skip the Counter, I don’t have to wait in line or show ID when buying gear.
My accountant is happy too because they can see who in my team was buying things.
And, it seems like they keep improving it every month which is cool.

Frustrating!
I hope it works better for other people than what it has for us. Multiple phone calls to get the login working, in the end we are giving up on it.
Bad search results
All in all still the best trade supplier app im NZ. But: i’m getting real crappy search results for instance looked for an acrylic interior PU clear coat by searching “polyurethane interior” amd the results started with pva glue, first PU product at position 21.
