BTAY App and the content complement each other very well. The App is very easy and intuitive to use and can be easily projected on to a bigger TV by following the very detailed instructions provided in the App. An other bigger advantage of using the App is the ability to do your program anywhere in the world from just your phone. I travel quite a bit and using the App with my blue tooth headsets makes it an equally enjoyable experience.
As far as the Yoga class itself goes, it is very well structured & tackles each body part daily with emphasis on mind-body connection. Breathing techniques are a part of everyday class and delivered very well by Ashrei’s passion to explain and Sneha’s superb ability to demonstrate.
I have been practicing BTAY since 2016 and have been very regular. Even after riding 1000kms on my motorcycle, I never miss the opportunity to do yoga with Ashrei and Sneha as it proves very therapeutic and relaxing - like having a good physiotherapy session.
