Yes you are getting a different networks but there is very limited speed, I couldn’t load any pictures and used only 50MB a month. Avoid, great concept but disappointment with their service.

An Honest company with Honest pricing
Excuse the pun, but joking aside, really can’t fault them, their customer service really is on another level. They are always on hand. I have been dealing with George lately; no complaints. This really is a company that are going places. And give back to the planet, if you care about your carbon footprint then you can have a clean conscience with being with honest as they plant trees to help off set, and you can be in for the chance of winning your monthly payment back when you pay an extra £1 per month to plant extra trees.

Thought I would try this as was going Marrakesh for a week but after one day went back to my go to eSIM which used the same network but was far better cancelled account my advice is avoid

Very surprised as I put myself on the waitlist due to “free roaming” as I travel a lot… and funny for a company called “Honest” it doesn’t mention next to this caption that it’s only for 5 days and £2 per day afterwards.
Totally defeats the purpose and would actually work out more expensive than my current with a roaming add on charge. Wild and very misleading. For a new brand, you’ve already lost my trust

Not for me
Tried the beta smart sim. Not impressed. Wasn’t straight forward to set up.
Got cold feet so decided to close my account having deleted the non functioning eSIM and now trapped in a circle where I click close my account and it takes me to unrelated support conversations.
It should be an easy and automated process. They were quick enough to take my money when I signed up.
Really not a fan of companies who set themselves up like this.

The negative being they’re on the back of 3 and I’ve been up and down the UK and my phone signal is rarely above 1 bar
I spend most of my time trying to get signal, it’s very much like being back in the 90’s
I was with EE for years, then 3 and have been with these for over 6 months, never had a strong signal
