Doesn’t work
This app has only opened for me twice. Every other time it just stays on the loading screen, regardless if I am connected to Wi-Fi or not.blahblahblah4343
Helps me grow like a pro
I have a black thumb with houseplants. With the Rise Garden and the app, I am able grow and eat lots of great plants. And the seed variety is wonderful! Thanks!Aginity dan
It’s good but…
Would really like to see the ability to set a different light schedule depending on day of week.
I’d like it to start later on weekends so I can sleep in on saturdays lolrmcq2
Poor connectivity and Poor plant care
App and Rise garden are constantly having connection issues, water level sensor on rise garden never works right.
The app is not recommending the correct amount of fertilizer for the plants. Severe micronutrient deficiencies. Had to buy pH and EC pens to measure water quality. Spent extra money for the convenience of the app and it doesn’t work.Show lessLOW2007

Extremely confusing and hard to troubleshoot
All the faq articles regarding plant care basically just say “do what the app tells you to do” but the app doesn’t tell me anything. Some examples of questions I have that the app nor faq articles seem able to answer:
- when am I supposed to add nutrients?
- what’s my water ph level and when should I test it?
- where should I be placing each plant when moving from nursery to garden (ie based on plant size and ideal lighting strength)?
- why does my light schedule seem to randomly turn on and off and why did it not reset after I powered down the garden?
There needs to be a more clear backup written guide to explain what to do in the event that the ‘magic smart app’ isn’t working as intended, which it’s not.Show lessBruh3
Solid Product, Rough App
User experience is painful. Everything takes too many clicks. No bulk planting/harvesting. When you plant something, it scrolls you back to the top, away from the tray you were planting in. When you add a level, it moves the top level downward. On wifi it identifies as a Govee smart lightbulb which makes me nervous. I have abandoned the app and just use the hardware. The ability to change lighting schedule from the app seems to have disappeared.

Latest update is so bad
Crashes constantly. Why ‘fix’ something that wasn’t broken? It’s certainly broken now. Totally unusable.EY999

Went back to the old app, totally deleted all plants and replaced, no have no idea what nutrients are needed as app not responding.CJcan
