App is garbage
This app never opens the first I open it. I have to close and reopen for it to start. Main screen is buggy and takes forever to refresh. If my work wasn't demand I use this it would be deleted from my phone.
Terrible app. Forced to use it for work
So glitchy, so slow. The gift cards options always say “oops” and I never get the gift cards after winning them. My wheel balance of 2300 pts just erased and reset to 0 after taking the support desk’s advice of logging out and back in. Just terrible! Don’t download this and don’t choose it for your company wellness app!

Was this app created for a high school project?
This app simply doesn’t work correctly ever! It will not launch at first and takes two tries to open it. Earned coins disappear, app freezes and it’s so slow! I keep hoping something will improve but it keeps getting worse! The “support” takes days to respond to concerns and then just blames the phone. No resolution is ever provided.

Used to be good
This app used to be great back when it worked. It’s so buggy now. It never opens without opening then swiping it closed then opening again. I can’t even select my weekly goal anymore let alone mark anything as completed without closing and opening the app 10 times like I used to. I’m using an iPhone 12 and I’m not the only one I know with these issues.

Bad App
The app looks good. But does not function well at all. Constantly have to restart app. You have to enter data multiple times to get it to work. Not a great experience.
Complete crap
This app is the worst. Never load’s correctly the first time. Super slow and laggy. The lifestyle goal’s usually require a third party app to track and then this app doesn’t actually sync with them. It’s a waste of time.
Laggy & slow
This app is so painful to use and takes forever to load/recognize changes. I’ve been using it for a few years to get the rewards from my company, but I feel like the developers could put at least a little bit of effort into making the UI less painful.
App never starts & always has server issues
This might be the worst app I’ve ever had. My company is investing in this to give their employees a way to be engaged in healthy activities and motivation but most people don’t even use it because it’s SO BAD! And the help desk takes days to return a message which is usually not helpful. The app literally never opens on the first attempt and just freezes until it’s shut down and immediately opened again. There are server issues that cause inability to use the app at all at least once a week. This app is supposed to help users lead a healthier lifestyle but just creates stress and frustration! Hope my company discontinues use of this terrible app.

Bugs, lags and freezes
This app is cool… when it works. It doesn’t open on the first attempt… ever. Click, the icon, app freezes, close app, click the icon and… it opens but not always to the updated content. Often the content doesn’t load at all and error messages appear. The concept is great, but the app functions need work. I find using it frustrating.
