Very useful when working but not anymore
This was a great app which saved a lot of time when working. For the past month (maybe longer?), despite updates and reinstalling, the app is no longer working. It needs to connect to the server. Such a disappointment
Suddenly stopped working
This needs an update or something as it’s all stopped. When working it was great for ordering and renewing books. Please update it 🤞
Completely pointless
The app hasn’t worked for months so it’s basically pointless. You can’t search the catalogue and my account shows me as having a book on loan that I returned over 6 months ago. Super helpful!
Can’t download
Always worked fine for me until recently, all my returned books were still on and I could not delete them, couldn’t renew at all
Deleted the app with the intention of signing in again but have error and make sure I have a signal which I have 🤷♀️ such a shame was always very good too!!

Reporting Issue
I would give this app 5 stars as you can normally use to order books but for the past few months is had stopped working completely, only showing a screen that says “cannot connect to servers”. I tried to report the issue via the App Store but I was also unable to do this. Please fix!
Doesn’t work at all!
Used to work with the occasional loss of all accounts but now it claims that it can’t connect to the server and all I get is an error page. Totally broken since the outage in December. Tried reloading and rebooting etc. Nothing helps. Never seen such a shoddy app. Please fix.
Great when working
Myself and kids loved to be able to look for books, order them to our local library, check when able to pick them up. Very useful when working. For the past month or so the app stopped working… couldn’t refresh it or update. Such a shame as it was easy to order books on the go instead now we have to login to the PC at home to do so.

Excellent app - when it’s working
Unfortunately, app needs some work - such a useful resource otherwise!
Really frustrating when the search catalogue doesn’t work (often!) or it logs you out of all your accounts which means you need to re-link them one-by-one.
Would also be handy to be able to pay fees on the app

Convenient when it works
Regularly deletes all account information. No option to log back in without entering long library card number!
Buggy..!
Very frequently shows incomplete records or sometimes loses information completely. Usually, if one returns to the app later, it’s corrected itself but today I had to delete the app and reinstall it in order to get it to show anything at all relating to my account.
If it wasn’t so glitchy, it’d be a really useful app as it’s easy to search, place reservations or renew loans when the app is functioning properly.!
