Search facility poor
Would be better if loan history could be searched by author rather than title - or both

Got a link from the website to download this. Can’t even find my library (Chelmsford). All other libraries shown are miles away.

It’s great when it works…which is not often
As a new user (a few weeks), I can say it’s not reliable. It’s great when it works and I’m able to renew my books, search for new content and add to my reservations. Otherwise the app takes forever to load the data and ultimately I give up and close it.
Great when it works
Great app in theory, as I manage my family’s library accounts and can link their accounts to mine. But the app is constant deleting my linked accounts. Please fix this bug! It’s really annoying having to input all their details on a weekly basis.
Won’t bother downloading.
After trying to download the app only to find it’s all about e-books there’s no point for me as I want real books. I’ve seen I’m not the only one disappointed. Why keep pushing e-books? Not happy with the new website either as that’s all e-books as well. Why change something that was working well.
Loses linked account
Good app for searching and reserving books but my linked account keeps getting lost every 5-10 app restarts so I have to keep linking it back. Also, sometimes, reserved books don’t get delivered to the library.

Can’t search
Have downloaded this on my iphoneX and my iPad. On the iPad it seems Ok but there is no search function on the iPhone version! It also won’t scroll down on the iPhone so I can only see the first 6 menus options. On the iPad there are 9.
I also would like to be able to link my children’s accounts to my own so I can see them all at once please.

Very good indeed
It is at first hard to understand but all you have to do is use your library card and enter the pin that you used to create a account at the library.
I didn't remember my pin but it was a common pin i use and it worked.
You can view loans and renew loans very great app no need to go to the library after this.

Search issues
Seems to only search ebooks not whole library content and pictures are not loading for reserved items any more.
Seems like it has lost connection to some of its data bases.
