This app is clunky and frustrates me that there is a convenience fee even though it’s not convenient and you are forced to use it. Doesn’t always tag you in the correct area.

The app doesn’t find your location, does it work well on a cellular phone - which it is made for! The map doesn’t work and trying to move around moves the page. Tried using the website, and that’s terrible, too.Fashionista Mamacita
Awful app
The app regularly glitches when making purchases. This is app is extremely embarrassing for UC Davis, shame on TAPS. No way to favorite a permit and easily purchase either.Bigbabynasty916

Terrible app by terrible parking org
TAPS seems to have an antagonistic relationship with the campus and surrounding community. This app is just a reflection of that. We used to have an app that worked just fine. But the new one removed functionality and has a terrible interface. And why is there no more hourly parking available?!Saxaholic9

Defective, no record of purchases
Multiple times I have purchased daily parking passes through this app that have not been recorded and I get a ticket. I get to the confirmation page and pay, and then later in the day there is mysteriously no record of the pass being bought and I have a parking ticket on my car. This is not ok! Was this dysfunctional app developed just for UC Davis? It’s defective!FrecklesMcGee
Needs a photo of plate
App needs to add a photo of the plate on the account. Don’t be like me and enter in the plate wrong by typing V instead of B and getting a ticket that they won’t appeal….JTdoesreviews
Worst app I’m forced to use
Interface is clunky with poor UX design. It glitches constantly and has cost me money paying for the different vehicle than I selected. The service went down for days because of their poor security practices that allowed anonymous access to CC transactions. They needlessly send PII to third parties and support for fixing of this has been pretty nonexistent. Can’t wait for UC Davis for move on from this trash.ChapinoAmericano
Doesn’t autofill credit card options on iPhone
Take a trip to 1999 with this app that is wildly underdeveloped. Rolling the dice with not paying for parking because to manually type a credit card number in 2024? Nah. Peace and love!Penn816
