Stopped Working After Updating to IOS 18
The app worked great for the first few weeks of the semester at the University at Buffalo. Then I updated my phone to IOS 18. Now whenever I open the app it says, "Something went wrong. We are working on fixing the problem. Try again or come back later." Uninstalling and reinstalling the app seems to fix this problem. However as soon as one closes the app and reopens it the app has the same error. So in order to use the app the user has to uninstall and reinstall the app every time they close it in order for it to not malfunction. Hopefully the developer is working on fixing this issue because some of the dining options on campus only accept orders via GET, and until this issue is fixed Everytime I want to order from one of these places I have to go to my GET account online and order there, which doesn't always work properly in a mobile browser.Show lessCan’t add my card back to my Apple Wallet
I recently went back to college and noticed that for a while my school I.D. had been missing from my wallet. The app also wouldn’t load so I had to delete it and reinstall it. After that, it did work, but I was unable to add my student I.D. back into my wallet. I also tried going through my watch to which I found my card was still on, but that didn’t help. I also looked in all the settings for GET Mobile and my wallet settings and found nothing. Please help! Thanks!Show lessStole my money
Posting a review seems to be the only way I can reach these people as my email has clearly been ignored. I tried to deposit funds into my university account through this app and it pulled up as an error twice. However it still took my money out of my bank account but when I check the university account there is no money to be seen. My money is literally missing, just completely vanished. The only contact option I have is by email which has done me no good. Genuinely awful experience I would not recommend ever using this app as it has literally messed up handling my own moneyShow less
