Terrible, unusable app
Crashes All the time
App got my two way trip wrong. CS was very helpful though
pickup from A to B at 8am and
return from B to A at 12pm.
The app, instead booked me for B to A at 8am and A to B at 12pm. Also it only took half of the payment and didn’t apply the discount voucher.
Twelve Transfer customer service was very helpful and kind. She helped fix my issue within 10mins.
@First Technology Srl please do some unit testing before deploying your app...
