Cookbooks galore

I’ve run out of shelf space and wanted to continue my love of reading cook books. This app is amazing, all the cook books you could want at your fingertips! Highly recommend anyone to give this a try.

Fantastic app.

This app is so informative and instrumental in my attempts to grow as a cook. I now have access to chefs and cookbooks that I wouldn’t have otherwise. Such a priceless collection!

Ckbk is greedy

I took an annual membership. At first i was quite impressed. Unfortunately, i then found that the app just wants ti sell cookbooks. Another example of greed. Hardy use the app now. Get a better selection from simple internet searches.

Hi Percy - ckbk offers access to an ever-increasing number of cookbooks (more than 670 at the present time) included in the ckbk subscription. However, there are some publishers who do not work with subscription models - this applies, for example, to Yotam Ottolenghi's books. Because of this, ckbk makes certain iconic books from authors such as Ottolenghi available as optional add-ons, for the ebook price. It is not ckbk's choice to charge extra for these books - it is simply the only way that these books can be made available to users of ckbk. If you prefer not to see results from these optional add-on books when you search ckbk, you can hide them via settings.

Utterly brilliant product!

I love cooking and love Middle Eastern but have got a bit stuck with my recipe portfolio. This app has helped me massively expand the types of cooking i do and the range of recipes. Just anything you want to cook you can find a recipe! It’s really helped with great Chinese recipes, and traditional British. Even if you are thinking of a simple dish, a quick search and you will find a recipe to make it a bit special! I don’t need a bookshelf of heavy books-and recipes I remember but can never find-I just need my iPad! Rock on! Great present for people too! Paul G, Liverpool

Exceptional!

No more photos of recipes, binders or searching through my printed cookbooks for recipes. Excellent search and organizing capabilities. Makes cooking at the cottage or while on vacation easy as I can reference my favorite books from away. Easy to use and great new recipes to discover as well and online copies of classics!

Better and cheaper than therapy

I love this - it’s worth every penny. I get so bored cooking the same old thing and with this you can find loads of recipes you would never have thought to do. If you find yourself with lots of something (apples for example) you can find hundreds of suggestions from all over the world - it’s a revelation! Also just browsing is really fun. I honestly spend hours fantasising about what to cook next (is that sad?)

Good bye to buying cookbooks

This app allows me instant access to so many recipes that I now don’t buy cookbooks at all.
It’s great for finding recipes under various key words. In books I constantly forget which book contains the recipe I want, but here it is so easy to retrieve my favourites and add new ones I have discovered.
