Marcella Hazan’s Rice and Celery Soup
This soup with so few ingredients makes the most wonderful comfort in a bowl. When my family or I are not feeling well, this soup is a cinch to make and it just tastes so darned good that one bowlful is not enough. Just amazing!betsyslp
