Disappointed. Sign up process is bad, demands to make sure I cannot make my password match and then when I forget my password it rejects my email as being incorrect even though it’s valid on the website

I’ve been buying my supplements from BulkSupplements for years. I love that they are clean and natural with no fillers and extra stuff I don’t want/need. They are always here fast and their app is easy to use.
Does not work!!
I am able to log in on the website but the app continues to say incorrect password or incorrect email. I have activated and confirmed my email and still no luck. I would not waste my time downloading this app
Killed on shipping!
Although the quality of your products and packaging is excellent, I feel that the cost of shipping has made a purchase very difficult. Especially when I can go to a local store and not have to pay that shipping cost. I nevertheless did purchase, but not after letting the product sit in my cart no less than three separate times.

Bulk supplements “will not” allow any returns. There is a customer service, yet never any response to quiries about past purchases and or returns or credit. Use extreme caution and don’t expect any response to your quiries about their products. “WARNING”
Dumbest IT People On The Planet
If you choose a quantity of a product that they don’t have in stock, you won’t find this out until AFTER you have entered your payment details, and then, the app will wipe out all of the information you just wasted your time entering, so you have to freaking do it ALL OVER AGAIN!

Website is slow to load.
Web site is slow to load. I can’t login on web site. I had to download app so I could place an order. Although the app works it doesn’t have the information like the website.
