Requires me to change my password every log-in
To start, I use a password manager to create and track all of my passwords. I also have two iClassPro accounts (one as a staff member and one as a parent). I also work in app creation and saas.
My staff account requires me to reset my password every time I attempt to log in either on the web or the app as it gives me an error which reads ‘authentication failed. Review username and password’. But my username and username password are both being copied from the password manager appropriately AND even happens when I hard key the details. Just obnoxious that this app continuously has issues.Show lessSuper simple and great to navigate
I find it super simple to navigate. My customers like using it. It’s also fast.Close to 0 features- Pointless
I have had several questions asking me to see what’s on our schedule and there’s no feature for that on here. There’s actually hardly any features on this app compared to the desktop site. I can’t even access the calendar on my iPhone if I’m using iClassPro through the website either.
