Requires me to change my password every log-in
To start, I use a password manager to create and track all of my passwords. I also have two iClassPro accounts (one as a staff member and one as a parent). I also work in app creation and saas.
My staff account requires me to reset my password every time I attempt to log in either on the web or the app as it gives me an error which reads ‘authentication failed. Review username and password’. But my username and username password are both being copied from the password manager appropriately AND even happens when I hard key the details. Just obnoxious that this app continuously has issues.Show lessholliday.51

Close to 0 features- Pointless
I have had several questions asking me to see what’s on our schedule and there’s no feature for that on here. There’s actually hardly any features on this app compared to the desktop site. I can’t even access the calendar on my iPhone if I’m using iClassPro through the website either.robeen._b
Annoying glitches
Never saves login, have to type in username and password every single time, which gets annoying when I need to access my class attendance quickly. Also every single time I log in, I get a blank page. I have to close it out and login again. This happens every single time.DowntownREO
Needs A LOT of improvement
For starters the app ALWAYS logs you out once you close it, what is the point of an app if I have to login every single time? It’s buggy when you try to use it for skill assessments, the scrolling works 50% of the time and if you rotate to landscape mode, it doesn’t scroll down at all. This is app is just a cookie cutter version of the web staff portal that you can access through your browser which is just as horrible when accessing on an iPhone.Show lessLouirawr
Not bad
Works, have IPhone 11 and nothing gets chopped off? But no matter how many times I hit save login it never saves. Also if I clock in @4 it’s an hour behind and will say I clocked in @3. When I clock at at like 8 it will says 7.Tkdlautner
