Good smart voicemail
Use this for my moto razr that does not have smart voicemail when I’m not using my iPhone. Excellent however i have no use for the transcript feature as it Barley works. Would prefer to be able to turn it off and just have the recordings. I’m on a pair plan with VXT.
Great for business calls
I’ve used Vxt for a few weeks and it’s been really valuable for helping me run my small business
Useless
Doesn’t work for iPhones on vodafone. How useless is that? Customer service never replied. So they got my money for months without supplying any service. More fool me.
Looks decent enough
Downloaded to compare to competition. Looks decent enough in terms of features and functionality. However, I did not add my phone number to the app and a bug thus prevents me from deleting my account. I wanted to see what was behind the pay options, and had to create an account to get that far. Not bad, but not user friendly in this way. Still probably worth a look if you are comparing against other paid services.

Buggy
Firstly, it was not clear that my voicemail was going to be forwarded to a completely separate location than my phone. I tried changing the voicemail on my iPhone voicemail settings, only to be told that my voicemail message never actually changed. I finally went back to the app and found the greeting and deleted it. I realize the app was not what I was looking for and I’ve tried to delete my account, but the app is so buggy it will not let me delete my account. As a result I am still unable to control my voicemail from my iPhone.

Not sure what the five star raters are smoking!
I’ve had this app for many months and not one message has matched (even remotely) the voice recording. I’ve sent VXT customer care messages and have yet to see/hear a response.

Vxt is awesome! I love being able to read (and listen to) my voicemails in the app rather than having to go through the normal tedious process. Thanks team!
