The exercises were fine but it was annoying that I couldn't listen to my own music while exercising even if the app sound was turned off
Then, after one week it told me to start premium or watch ads if i wanted to continue. i was willing to watch the ad to start but it gave me errors so i can no longer use the app

I love this app I’m not even sure if I’m getting taller but I feel so calm and know how hard I’m trying I also feel stronger thanks to the app!!😁:)

I love this app so far… I feel like this is gonna work…!!! And this won’t make you tall in 2 or 3 exercises but I do feel stretch in my back and my posture, which posture is good to improve if you want to be taller. I’ll give more feed back in a few weeks or months to see results..

Bug?
It was all good until I started receiving errors and it messed up my schedule with this app so I missed a few days because when I tried to press start it said an error has occurred try again later so I waited 24 hours then it still didn’t work even waited longer
Great App
Love the workouts and stretches. I feel better doing this waking up in mornings after doing these before bed. Only about a week and a half in, will update to see if I am able to grow at all
