Can’t log in on the phone.
The app simply will not allow me to log in with my phone. In order to use the app I am required to log in on a computer, then navigate to a window that will pull up a QR code that I can use to log in with the app, but in that case I’m already logged in on a computer so what’s the point? The IT department at my company tells me this is a common issue with this app and comes from the developers end. Very unhappy to have an app that can’t even be opened without the assistance of a PC.EGRobert

This app worked well as long as I had an iPhone 8. Now that I have an iPhone 15 I cannot sign on without going to my laptop, signing in and going to expenses and getting the QR code every time. Sometimes it will log me out while I’m using it and I have to go through the whole process again.
I received an email with a number to call for help. I was told Wells Fargo doesn’t have anything called an Expense Manager and I need to contact the developer of the app.Mikhayla Gracey
