Invalid Routing Number
I’ve been using this app for almost 4 years for work, and every year it gets worse. I only use it to deposit checks and what used to take a couple minutes now is a 10 minute struggle to get the app to accept a single check. If it makes it past the picture step, which it often can’t and forces you to retake the picture 3-5 times, it gets hung up on the check itself. The AI can’t read, period. It will misread the amount, which you can at least manually fix with about a thousand clicks. But the hardest thing for it to read is the routing number. God forbid the signature on the check barely grazes a number, you’ll never get it to go through. Even if the routing number is perfectly clear, it will sometimes just decide it’s invalid. There’s no way that I can find to override this or manually enter the routing number. You just have to repeat the entire process again and again until it finally takes it. For one check. This app seems to update constantly but I have no idea what it’s updating cause it just keeps getting worse. App constantly crashes when unloading receipts, freezes and goes blank. Have to enter a single receipt sometimes up to 10 times before it fi any accepts it. Worst app experience I’ve had with a bank by far.Developer Response

I wish I could give zero stars. It feels like this app is managed and maintained by 5 year olds. The interface is no user friendly and the glitches are endless. What should be an easy process, become VERY frustrating, especially uploading receipts. I would highly discourage any company from using this program to manage expenses.Show lessDeveloper Response
