Invalid Routing Number

I’ve been using this app for almost 4 years for work, and every year it gets worse. I only use it to deposit checks and what used to take a couple minutes now is a 10 minute struggle to get the app to accept a single check. If it makes it past the picture step, which it often can’t and forces you to retake the picture 3-5 times, it gets hung up on the check itself. The AI can’t read, period. It will misread the amount, which you can at least manually fix with about a thousand clicks. But the hardest thing for it to read is the routing number. God forbid the signature on the check barely grazes a number, you’ll never get it to go through. Even if the routing number is perfectly clear, it will sometimes just decide it’s invalid. There’s no way that I can find to override this or manually enter the routing number. You just have to repeat the entire process again and again until it finally takes it. For one check. This app seems to update constantly but I have no idea what it’s updating cause it just keeps getting worse. Half my team cannot get this app to work at all and have given up.

Terrible App

App constantly crashes when unloading receipts, freezes and goes blank. Have to enter a single receipt sometimes up to 10 times before it fi any accepts it. Worst app experience I’ve had with a bank by far.

Worst App

I wish I could give zero stars. It feels like this app is managed and maintained by 5 year olds. The interface is no user friendly and the glitches are endless. What should be an easy process, become VERY frustrating, especially uploading receipts. I would highly discourage any company from using this program to manage expenses.

Worst app for big bank

Our company requires us to use this app for expenses. It’s very frustrating! The app doesn’t work especially selecting the type/category of expenses, it keeps changing to another type of expense when you selecting the expense date or input your comment. Hope Well Fargo look into this problem and fix it asap!!!

Worst application i’ve work with

This app is absolute garbage and it’s not just a bug. It be like that for years now. Come on guys, we’re not in 2002 anymore. The compagnie I work for use this bank, but you can be sure, if I ever had the choice too choose it will be my last choice. 0/5

This will be your least favorite must-have app

It’s a drag to use. It’s like it was designed to require as many clicks as possible. Don’t trust your intuition. If your company is using WF you don’t really have a choice, so welcome to the most annoying app on your phone! Bonus star here for the nice lady on the phone who will help unlock your account after you unavoidably get kicked out for mixing up the fourth password you’ve been required to keep track of this year.

Multiple app issues

Logs out in the middle of uploading receipts multiple times in a session. Goes back to top after uploading every receipt requires extra time to scroll and click see more to get to the next receipt to upload. Receipt takes several days to show up on account.

Apps I have used in the past are real time and can be uploaded immediately requiring no filing of receipts until the receipt shows up on the account. This is much easier in the field where I typically work, as it limits the chances of losing a receipt before it can be uploaded.

Newest update BAD

Newest update is bad. Updated 3 days ago and the app is glitching BAD! Couldn't get password changed, it finally suspended me and I had to update on the web. Then trying to enter my expenses for my company and it wouldn't let me enter the expense category. When it did, I tried entering the date of the expense, it would change the expense category. Every time I touched the date entry it would change the category, scrolling through them all. I could get the amount and description entered, had to save it, submit, then go back in and edit the date and category. Took WAY longer to submit my expenses than it should have. Please fix this! I enter expenses weekly.
