Not Worth the Frustration
I’ve attempted six times to make a purchase using the app throughout the day, each time it becomes more apparent that the app itself has flaws and unfortunately, the website does too.
The issue I’m having is using a gift card in the app, astonishingly no gift card option appears at the payment phase- even though I’ve gone through all the steps to add it to my payment methods along with a debit card. I gave up and tried to complete my order by switching to my browser- but alas it is forcing me to enter in credit or debit card information despite having selected ‘Gift Card’ and entering the card number and pin.
Customer service is closed at this hour, so my only option is to drive 25min away and place my order with an associate, which I would typically only do if a physical copy is in stock, which is not the case.
What a stressful waste of time!
