I’ve had book of the month for a year and I absolutely loved it but they’ve made some changes lately and I just am feeling like they are starting to scam book readers. I tried to order my box today and now I’m being told that yesterday is when they cut it off, but I’ve never seen any mention of this in the terms of service. I’ve never seen any mention this on the app and now after emailing them, the agent that I was talking to has stopped responding to my emails, not to mention I’ve had it for a year each month not only using my credit but getting at least three or four books and I made it to the tote-bag which was never sent to me. when I did reach out the excuse that they gave me is that they’re trying to prepare for December books but when you go on the app, it still says November and I’m just very defeated. I loved this subscription, but I don’t love feeling like not only as a consumer, but as a book reader that I am being scammed by a company that doesn’t care about me.
