Poor communication, avoid Altstetten!

Can’t open it on iPad

We are sorry to hear that you're having trouble opening our app on your iPad. The app is actually designed for smartphone. Could you please try City Pop App on your iPhone and if everything run smooth it would be really appreciated to change the review score from you :)
Bad App and Worse Service
DO NOT download and DO NOT book. The studio accommodations are dark sweatboxes with no light, windows or ventilation. Nobody wi reply to you on the app when attempting to communicate. Terrible provider.

Very poor tech
1. I cannot see my personal details to either check them or edit them because on my iPhone the screen was small when I was entering details. I maximised the screen to input the data entries and since then (for about a week so far) I have only been able to navigate the far right hand edge of my screen within that page of the App, whether using my iPhone or my iPad. I cannot normalise the screen size or see the detail which is out of my view, on the left part of the page.
2. When I write for help and support when trying to check-in to my apartment I receive reply messages that have a reply box at the bottom but this box does not work. So every time they send me a message I have to start a completely new stream of messages by backtracking into the main menu and sending a new message. So they ask an obvious question and cannot even reply directly!
3. Access and check-in to the apartments is via smartphone using the App. Despite more than 30 attempts and several messages between me and the support team I am still unable to check-in or gain electronic access. The tech obviously works sometimes but there are issues with it which are causing endless annoyance.
4. It has not been uncommon to get stuck on certain pages of the App and not be able to exit or backtrack from them. This sometimes rectifies itself after several minutes or upon leaving the App and then accessing it later.
5. When I booked my apartment using the App my confirmation said I needed to have shown details of all the people who would be living in the apartment. I had not seen any option to do this so wrote to the Help desk to advise my wife would accompany me. They replied to say the App does not yet have the facility to enter the details despite their confirmation saying it was a pre-requisite for booking. I sorted the matter with the helpful support staff but this is another example of the inadequacy of this App.
