Worse with each update
The lag, downtime, queueing issues, and intrusive adds for cutesy stickers on this app are a nuisance and a productivity drain. The issues start from the moment you want to print something: where is the option to print? Oh it’s under Share for some reason. Next the app hangs for a long time, then it checks for firmware updates, then it posts an ad. Clicking off the ad doesn’t take you to the document, just the now-open app, so you start the process again to set up printing the document. Eventually you’re printing, so you line up document 2. Nope, there’s no queue, you just have to wait for document 1 to finish before you can action document 2. And if you didn’t hit the Back button after doc1 finished, it just prints that AGAIN, instead of moving to doc2. Functionality at its most frustrating. Bad enough for a sole operator, but totally useless in an office situation. Would never get an Epson again.

I love these machines, I had a really bad terrible paper jam in my first one and I couldn’t fix it, so, I ordered another one! Later on, after having installed the new one, I decided to check out if YouTube had any video solutions …. And they did! I followed the video and fixed it and now, I am the proud owner of 2 Eco Tanks! I just gave away my old Cannon & my HP printer!

Best Printer and Print app out there
I love our Epson Ecotank printers. We have two of them and the quality is awesome. We also have a Canon, but unfortunately replacing the cartridges costs as much as buying a new printer. So our Epsons are the way to go for our printing needs. The price point on the ink replacement is fantastic. On the app, we have that on our phones and iPads. it just makes life so easy when the need to print a document, e-mail, picture, etc. arises. They are both, the printers and the app, a robust unbeatable combination for your print needs. Highly recommend. Ps. Our first printer, many years ago was an Epson Dot Matrix, still around somewhere :-)

This interfering step just made simple printing a chore
Why complicate things
Wireless printer that should just work with air print. Just takes tooooo much time to load and finally to print. Black and white prints using all colours. What a disappointment.
