Setting the bar for app based fitness!
EVERYTHING about this app-layout, workout format and especially the trainers-is the absolute best. I have successfully been able to set up my home gym with minimal equipment and cancel my gym membership since I have everything I need here. I absolutely love Hannah and Paolo’s approach to fitness.
Workout awesomeness
I had a great respect and admiration for Hannah prior to realizing she offered exercise programs (and books). I first noticed her on Instagram when a friend mentioned her HIIT training style and animal flow movements. She promotes proper body mechanics and form and offers modifications for novices and for those who may have limitations. Her program provides variety from focusing on strength training for individual muscle groups (muscle weeks) to intense HIIT workouts that challenge your endurance and strength (burns week and crush weeks). Minimal equipment is needed and alternate exercises and modifications are offered if you don’t have specific equipment. I love this app and have not had any issues accessing it on my phone or online. Her workouts keep me on my toes and I’m never bored. If I want to tack on extra challenge to my workout, I can watch additional videos she posts including time crunch workouts, weekly bonuses, body part specific workouts, bodyweight or mini band workouts and other independent workouts. After using for a couple weeks, I changed my monthly subscription to annual because I know I’ll keep loving this program.

Great variety!
I made a decision in July of 2019 to search for a new workout plan. One that would motivate me. I found Hannah Eden and with my husbands encouragement I joined the HEF Tribe. There are so many workouts and so much variety on the App. I never get bored and I am constantly challenged. It makes you feel amazing when Hannah herself comments on your HEF Facebook group she created as well! Xoxo

I don’t always do your workouts but when I do I love them. Even though my body feels done during, it always recovers fast. I completed your fyr 1.0 and loved it. There’s something about you and your Paulo that is motivating.

I’ve been in the fitness world for over 10 years now, and Hannah is one of the best online trainers I’ve ever seen! I’ve done so many online programs and apps, but this one is by far my fave. It’s the only one I’ll actually keep and USE! Her workouts are SO good and I love her whole vibe she brings!! Such a good instructor! 10 out of 10!

Best Training App with workouts for overall growth
It’s been 4 months now that I have started using the app, I can say with 100% assurance that workouts are kickass, they are challenging though you are an experienced gym goer. I love the energy Hannah and Paulo brings into workouts. I always look forward to next workout. Use the app for building lean body mass, muscle mass and mobility. Hannah and Paulo not only help you transform physically but also mentally, push you to perform better and improve your mental resilience. Love you guys

I love being able to have a collection of workouts that use different modalities and have different weeks of focus! I like that there are other warm ups and recovery options too not just PFC Live! All in all it just mutha-likin’ good!!

She makes it look easy but guess what? Yup, quarantine had me pack on 20#’s after losing 85, and I’m super out of shape and depressed. I will not quit until I conquer it all! Oh, and hey just bc she makes it look easy least, it’s not!!! I am Old at 47 and died half through warm up!! 😂🤣
