Character creation
The game looks really nice and interesting but for some reason I am not able to choose/create a character. The button is in gray and it seems that whatever I click I cannot pass this phase unfortunately... I hope this will be fixed at some point so I can able to play.Antonioss13

Installed the game on my iPad and just crashes on the loading screen. Tried the other server, still does it. Hope you fix this soon, I’ll reinstall if this gets fixed!scarengath

I would’ve given this 5-stars if it weren’t for the fact that every time an update has been put out for the last 2 months, the game crashes. At first the crashing was isolated to attempts to “visit Never Isle”. That was remedied by developers allowing access to certain events in the mass server from your home base. While others relied on timing but there was plenty to do in the game to up XP and gain/fulfill your passion rewards that didn’t solely hinge on visiting the mass server. All in all this is/*was* a great game until the crashing got to the point, that now I can’t even login without it crashing. And I had just purchased the builder and the event pass. Now I can’t even get into the game long enough to collect bonus rewards so I don’t loose them and in turn waste my money. I have offloaded the app to see if that would help but it didn’t. I’ve read on forums that this game has had a history of bad crashing before and it took months to fix. Their social media platforms are of no help in offering any solutions about finding ways to get around this. Again I would give this game a 5-star rating but the crashing is getting to a point of “unforgivable”. Hopefully this actually gets fixed. And soon.Show lessX a i n
Can't even play it on iPhone
Gets past loading page and then crashes and closes. It's a pity as it looks a good game but will not be trying again unless it's fixedbrenhead
