  • Looks nice but instantly crashes

    Can’t even get to the playing part because it crashes at the opening scene.
  • Looks like a great game, wish I could play it

    I seem to have the same problem as a lot of people, game crashes immediately after the loading screen. I really want to try this game but as it stands it won’t let me I hope this is fixed soon so I can enjoy it T-T

  • Fun game very glitchy

    Overall this game is pretty fun but it’s very very glitchy. the prices are a bit expensive for the white dragon shirts and I think it’s based solely based on money and not on getting better gameplay. The characters are great I love the luxe if you can be updated and needs to be easier to get costume changes and color changes because it’s way too expensive just for even one color. Developers response is the same with everybody else’s questionsAnd concerns they need to really start working on updates and working on the glitches it’s been three months since I even saw a update with even the gameplay.

  • Looks Great-one BIG problem

    So I decided to download the game thinking it’ll be fun but each time I try to play it, it keeps crashing and shutting down. I tried a few things to see if I could fix it like switching servers, deleting unnecessary apps, and switching accounts. However, no matter what I do, the game keeps crashing and I can’t enjoy it. I can’t even get past the intro, the farthest I’ve gotten was when my main character entered the sauna during the intro and then it crashed again. I really want to enjoy this game but I don’t understand what the problem is or how to fix it or even if it has something to do with the game or my iPhone. If I could get some help or at least an explanation, I would be happy.

  • Crashes

    I wish I can give you more, because I really like this kind of games, and yours seems pretty fabulous. But I cannot get after the loading screen. Sorry but it’s a no for now

  • I like the game but can’t recommend.

    There’s a lot of potential in this game, and I still play and would be easily considered a whale. However there’s several issue to be wary of that prevent me from recommending anyone gets into the game.

    1. Their customer service /. Support system is horrendous. Not only does it not notify you of replies, etc. But also they don’t speak English so your request has to be carefully crafted for them to understand your issue. Also, the odds are they will blame your actions or your hardware for any issue and refuse to do anything.

    2. Deceptive practices. Anything in the game that can be purchased or done immediately will penalize your for doing it efficiently. For example. If you want to buy 10 votes in a pageant, it’ll cost 100, but if you want to buy 20, it’s 250. Also applies to real money purchases. If you buy the $100 pack, you lose almost a whole $10, over just buying the $10 pack times 10. Also applies to very poor translations making new players make poor decision. For example their banners and new player banners you can buy tell people you can get the character guaranteed in 10 pulls. But they actually mean 10 x 10 pulls, so it’s only guaranteed in 100.
    Recently they also teased heavily that the 1st time purchase rewards were going to reset, so many players who hadn’t used them gave in and made purchases before they do, then right before they were supposed to reset, they announced they changed their minds and won’t be doing that.

    3. THey don’t care about negative play experiences, for example that pageant event, it’s nothing to do with dye-in your characters it’s all pay to win. And what’s worse, the event ends at 4 AM in the native server time (UTC -4). So you have to stay up until the middle of the night to defend it.

    4. They are very very cheap on free rewards. They like to go through the motion of offering stuff, but it’s never actually useful amounts. For example for our 100 day celebration, they gave less of the non-money resource than you’d earn from a single day playing, along with so little of a few other resources that you couldn’t even use any of it as a max level player. (For example they gave 1000 soul Essence why you need 7800 for a single use) Also, they recently cancelled a reward planed for the SEA server 1 year celebration, because it would also go out to NA server players. The reward would have been based on days you’ve logged into the game, so SEA players who have logged in for a whole year would have gotten slightly more than enough non-money resource to buy a single 10 pull. NA players wouldn’t have gotten enough for even half of a 10 pull, because that servers only been up for just over 100 days.

    I feel like as a company, they have a lot to learn, both in how they treat their players, especially paying one, and also in how to manage their community/player base. Also as you can tell by reviews, two months ago they released a patch that basically made the game unplayable on iOS. It shouldn’t take two months to fix that.....

    That said, I hope they take this feedback to heart and make changes where needed. For example the deceptive practices should cease immediately and they should communicate plans to fix the other issues.

  • It’s a good game

    Hi there the reason why I put 4 stars is that I enjoy the game however I can’t get into the game cause it crashes whenever I try to log in

    Downloaded the game and it crashes before I can even make an avatar tried redownloading and freeing up space but nothing works would like to try once it is fixed though
