  • Can’t book a thing

    I’ve tried and tried and can’t get the app to confirm a booking. Deleted app and trying to reinstall. Don’t know what is the matter with it.
  • So many issues

    I like the idea of this app but it is not user friendly and doesn’t always work correctly. More times than not it won’t use my location correctly, can’t find my store or won’t redirect back. Plus a bunch of other annoying issues. Needs lots of work.
  • Trash App

    The app is trash, you can’t make appointments, the location navigation is off. It pulls up different cities when trying to locate a shop in your current location. For the app to be out for 2 plus years, it should be updated and all the functions should work. Trash app.
  • Doesn’t work

    It was recommended by nail salon that I use this app. When I try to enter my profile information it doesn’t give me any way to send it and complete registration process.
  • Problem solved

    I am the one that give Harmony pay a bad review 2 posts before this one. I just want to say that Dat Jerry, the CEO of harmony has contacted me and that the problem was with the app. After deleting and uploading a few times I was able to use the money on my account. I am very satisfied and I am giving them a 5 stars.

Our technical team did a thorough review of the situation, and we learn that this is simply a missed understanding of the user interface from our merchant. We updated the App version and send out notifications and email to our merchant. Unfortunately, our merchant didn’t have a chance to read our notification and email before accepting payment from you. Our current version update how a merchant can accept payment from Harmony Pay by simply scanning the QR code on Harmony Pay App. Nevertheless, I sincerely apologize for your experience. Please use the app to pay next time you visit your favorite salon by simply letting the merchant scan the QR code in Harmony Pay App. Please contact me directly at 1-800-531-3126 ext. 101 if you have any problem using the App. Thanks,

  • doesn’t work

    the app requests i put in my phone number to send a confirmation code, but i have yet to receive one after clicking the “resend code” button multiple times, changing and retyping my number, and even deleting and redownloading the app. it’s broken.
