Can’t sign up
This app just asks my name and DOB and on the next screen asks to enter the activation code sent on the email.
But it totally skips the step to ask for my email!

Doesn’t work!
I cant download the app on my Apple Watch when its downloaded on my phone already or login or register in app using my city crunch membership info.
Won’t let me sign in or up
It says account created already when signing up and when signing in it says account cannot be found. very confusing.
The app doesn’t work
The app crushes every time i click on “this week’s challenges” and doesn’t sync any data from the watch at all, even though the sharing is on. I get no credits for anything

Crashes
Would love to use it but tapping on “this weeks challenge” causes the app to crash! Please fix this bug. Tried multiple times with the same result.

Hi Jenwag6751, Yes, the CrunchTime Active Rewards app is currently only available to locations in New York City Signature Gyms as it is only a pilot program at this point.
