Never opens, just sticks in the main screen.
This was ok for the first time I used it and I thought what a great way to book lessons however I have uninstalled and reinstalled and restarted my phone etc but this app does not open past the main orange screen with two horses on.
Really upsetting as we missed out on a competition because of this error as we could not book a space.

Never loads up
It’s been down for months even deleted and reinstalled but still not loading. Total rubbish

The app is constantly down at the moment!
Also it isn’t very good for tailoring slots to customers. Basically if you can’t book well in advance, your slot gets taken by others.
Also having to add and pay for another rider (daughter’s friend for a semi private) and faff with sorting money between you isn’t acceptable.
ECPRO need to ensure that each person can pay individually.

Option to select by instructor
Hi can you add the option to view by instructor and availability. Currently you have to click on a date then see if the instructor is available if not then return and start again. Not great experience
Love the app!
I love the app and how easy it makes to book lessons. An improvement: it would be amazing to add a feature that sync bookings with calendars!
App is down
Just tried to book a lesson for my daughter, one available slot left but for an hour already the app is down and not working; I will loose this available space slot. So disappointed…

Constant notification to update riders which I’ve done, but it doesn’t disappear. Really annoying

Only used once but made booking a lesson quick and easy. Not the prettiest app but no worse than the website and does what is needed.
Lessons cancelled but no email
Twice we have booked lessons this month and received a confirmation email only to turn up at the yard to find no lesson had been booked.
The lessons had been cancelled 4 days after booking but we were not sent an email to tell us. The yard said there is never any availability at the time I booked so why was this showing as available on the app.
I have now delved into the hidden recesses of the app to find there is a notification page where there was a message re the cancellation. There is no icon on the home page to tell you when there are notifications waiting for you
Why send emails for some cancellations and not others Generally this is a poor app and has wasted a great deal of our time I wish it had never been invented

Functionality of app is awful
It takes an insanely long time to load. It takes even longer to swipe through dates. No way to search a particular activity to see when it’s next on.
Illogical organisation making it very hard to find things. Inaccurate event end timings in many cases.
Great idea - awful execution of said idea. I love being able to book and cancel lessons without speaking to a person, but it doesn’t work at all.
