Notifications have disappeared?
Useful app but after recent update I can no longer configure notifications? The app no longer appears in Notification Centre at all
Well it works, but ….
The basic functionality works, but the user interface and navigation are diabolically bad. Do you actually test the app with real world user scenarios? This is without doubt the worst app I use and I only use because I have no other way of making bookings.
Glitchy
It’s poor and not very user friendly. I have to question what value it adds to a business.
Doesn’t work
This app is completely dysfunctional. One minute it will show available hacks and lessons, making it simple to book. Next minute, it’s blank and nothing will show no matter what I click on. It’s temperamental!
Terrible
Keeps logging me out and making me reset my password then when I try to reset the password I never get sent an emissary
Needs more usability testing
Great idea, OK App, but still feels like it needs a lot of user centred design work on it. It’s not very user friendly - it randomly logs me out,I don’t get notifications that it needs to be updated via the App Store until I go to use it, it’s not intuitive to use, the navigation is poor, each time I use it, it’s trial and error to find some things, even things I use fairly regularly. It does the job, but it’s not a good user experience.

Many niggles with navigation
Nice idea and makes the riding school booking experience a bit easier on busy yards. However I’m a heavy user and there are SO many simple improvements I would make with the structure and navigation. Simple things like your lesson bookings saved in date (and person!) order, instead of randomly. Or that when you click into an available ‘grey’ space and it isn’t what you want or need, that you aren’t taken right back to the original full calendar and not to that same date page. I’d be happy to provide more feedback or even be part of UX research if they wanted. I did provide some of this by email and see there was an app update but sadly simple elements are still overlooked here.

Unable to change stables with the link
Having to reregister to change stables - doesn’t help when you use two! Plus no option to book in a block.
Useful but scope for improvement
Useful app but could be made so much more user friendly e.g. on lesson booking screen, list the next booking at the top of the list, not right at the bottom of the list!
Clever App
I thought this was a great App, the fact that I could book and communicate with my yard was good
