App needs a SERIOUS overhaul
Cannot login anymore, tried Forgot password…no email received. Tried Google & Apple login - no success. Cannot believe: really good piece of hardware, but app is rubbish. And it has been updated 3 days ago!
Get rid of IADC
I get that you run the contest, but I don’t need it at the top of my tanks list! It’s annoying, the banner in settings is fine. Please remove it from the tank tab and I’ll happily make this 5 stars.
App stopped working
It was working but stopped working a few weeks ago. All updated but I cannot log in anymore.
App is not working
Terrible app! Worked for 2 days then lost connection and unable to reconnect. Light, however, is beautiful, it should have a manual dimmer in case the app played up, otherwise useless without the app.
Fix your app
Was ok until the app decided I can’t even log in anymore (it also logged me out). Every time I try to login or even make a new account it just puts me back to the start. Now I can’t access my light at all, and yes I tried uninstalling- updating- everything you could think of! :) now I’m stuck with a 60$ light that won’t turn on because this app is absolute trash.

The light is absolutely brilliant. Like absolute perfection. Your useless app however decided today to now work so I now have no functioning light

I’ve been using this app for a few years, now, with the same email. I couldn’t access the app about 20 times over an hour, so I decided to try rebooting the software. Now it keeps saying that my email address is wrong when I even double checked before logging out what it was! I even tried creating a new account and it STILL is telling me the email is wrong!! I really needed to keep my tank light on so I could finish trimming. Now I’m stressed, wondering if the lights will go on at all in the morning.
Like another reviewer said, Chihiros, why do you want to risk your reputation with a disastrous software that doesn’t hold up to the rest of the quality of your products?!? Your competition would stay nervous if you got your act together and majorly revamped your software for the better. Instead, you’ve kept your prices expensive and done nothing about this. There are now other companies with same (arguably better) quality lights for much cheaper. WAKE UP YOUR IT DEPARTMENT or risk losing business!!!!!

All my lights have disappeared
I’ve been using the app for 2 years and today I noticed all 12 of my lights have disappeared.
I’ve had to reset the app and add each light in again. Unbelievable
