Would NOT open
Can’t open game today, no new update to update, can’t get back in, I’ve been grinding and already paid to double my income, so I’m vested in this and want to my game. Please fix soon. I enjoy itNOT opening 17
Good game, but needs fixing
It’s a good idle game, not too different from Idle Supermarket Tycoon which is also fun to play.
My only concern is that the game’s ads don’t function very well at all, which is quite a shame if you want to get bonus rewards and/or double your income for a short period of time. I hope this can be fixed soon, because this has been my biggest issue with the game. Otherwise, I would have given this game 5 stars.Show lessEllynoreMoonwood
Decent but something’s....
So uh I’m pretty far into the game it good and I like it. So I’ve played many games including tycoon idle games and this is the only one where I realize that they don’t tell you how long you have been offline. This is important because how am I gone know exactly when I get a new department or something. Another thing for some reason ads can’t pop up when you click the vip patient truck but in all the other games it work. This could be a bug also when u get back from online you can’t do 2x what u get from ad cause there is no ad at all times so yea love your game pls fix this.Show lessOofer fighter

It would’ve been a 5 star review but there are some things that could be improved.
1) The VIP, this should be an air ambulance.
2) There should be an Emergency Dept. where ambulances come with patients and you have to upgrade wards/ A&E bays to get the patients in the hospital.
3) Aswell as departments there should be wards that you can add.
4) Certain areas could have improvement things, ie the waiting room. Spend money to up grade the waiting room.
5) Get rid of that ridiculous nurse character.
6) The weird white outline on some things. Get rid of it and make everything crisp with no outlines.

Good Game but ads are Very annoying!
So I have been playing this game for just a few days. But when I want to use my VIP to upgrade it keeps telling me there are no ads available! This is very annoying! Please fix this problem ASAP!!! Otherwise it’s a fun game!

Game is alright and fun. But If you want extra money or extra patients, the videos don’t work. Every time you click on to watch the video...there always unavailable. How are you suppose to get extra money to level up and get more people in the hospital to level up... 😑😡nnw2424
Good game, but buggy
It’s a great game when it works. When it doesn’t work, ugh. The subscription to skip the ads doesn’t work half the time. It acts as though I didn’t buy it, I click on the link, and it says I already have the subscription. It still makes me watch all the ads, and won’t give me the free gems. Also, for a while, as soon as I would upgrade to japan, the game would crash and not load. I’ve reinstalled this game 2+ times and I’m getting tired of paying for something that’s not working.Show lessNina_bina27
Good game
I love this game. There are only about two things I don’t like. First it costs so much to get to the second place. Also instead of it saying 250 maybe 150. Max at the end should be 250.TyTyandnoah
