Game stopped opening and now won’t load
So I’ve been playing this game for a long time. Because of the no ad thing I finally broke down and bought that $12/mo subscription thing so I don’t have to watch ads and can just get the VIP stuff automatically. So maybe a few days after I bought it the app now will not open. It is stuck on the loading screen which is so annoying because I actually enjoyed playing and just bought something from it. Thinking about whether or not I should delete the game and redownload. Idk if the data is saved in the Game Center or not and I don’t want to lose everything I’ve done so far.
Update: I decided to delete and reinstall and I have to start ALL THE WAY OVER smh.. I had just got to the Japan stage ugh.. oh well.. it at least saved the subscription..Show lessimanimayaw

So I decided to download this game it looked really interesting. I read some reviews and people where talking about the add issue. I didn’t think much about it, but after a bit of playing this game the add issue started happening every time I wanted to get a VIP customer it would say”no adds available “

Extremely stupid
You expect me to give you a good review without giving me the option to review or not review. Clicking “no”is not an option on leaving a review so why even have it there? once it pops up only the yes option works. Ads won’t play
Normally I hate ads, and would be ok with them not working. HOWEVER, because this is a game which relays up omg “watching” ads in order to receive certain perks, it is germane to this game that these are viewable. 9/10 I receive a message similar to “no videos available, please try again later”...it’s SUPER annoying because I rely on them to expand and improve my hospital and a reasonable pace. So I can only give it 3 stars. It would receive 5 if the ads worked properly.Show lessBoxOfNerds89
Great game
I have had this game for a few months and it has been working great! Apart from the ads everything is quite addicting. At first the app kept glitching but when I got a new iPad it worked perfectly fine! Keep the great work up!koocky kiana
Should be better
I’ve played for 5 minutes, experienced the ad issue and realized it would take forever to complete any achievements in game. Will probably delete. Doesn’t seem worth it. 5 stars so this will be seen.Morgan50088
Orthopedics department glitched
Was enjoying this game until the orthopedics dept started not working properly. Thought might of been the hopsital i was in but it does in the new one also. The patients either walk outside and around the hospital before rentering for treatment or they walk thru the palstics dept to be treated. No link to contact support within game so moaning here lol.Show lesssilver noddy
Why are there never ads available
I like this game in theory, but every time I try to watch an ad for a reward, it tells me there are none available. This happens dozens of times a day - maybe two times I’ve had an ad play. How is that possible???? There are hundreds of advertisers trying to get digital impressions - you can’t seriously be saying you can’t find an ad to serve people.
Also - I tried to buy a $5.99 package today. I completed the purchase on iTunes, got the apple notice that it worked and then...nothing! I never received the gems I paid for, and the ad to buy the package stayed on my screen. I’m literally trying to give you money and you won’t take it.Show lessJ.L.K.19085473
