Wishful thinking
I keep wishing this app would not be garbage…Dad Shabooboo
Why….
We brought the basic model one for beside the bed and my wife loves it. Click to turn on, turn knob for volume. Sounds good.
So we decided to buy the digital one with a cube for the kitchen. What a disaster. The app is extremely difficult to use but I finally managed to get both set up. I was hoping once they were set up together we’d be able to turn on with the unit and when changing the volume it would change both the unit and the cube which I set to being left and right. Nope. To keep them in sink you have to use the app which is probably the worst app I have ever used.
Don’t understand why a company would make high end systems and not make sure the app is just as high end. Not someone like Apple so I guess you can see who is successful and who is not.
Whilst it looks nice on the living room shelve it’s useless. I think I’ll give up and replace it with a system that works….Show lessTheTania…
Terrible app
Hard to use, bad UX. Do not underestimate how important the app is to your system. This company does not get it.robmcdnz
Basically doesn’t work
I gave up on the app shortly after I bought the unit. I update it and try again from time to time but it never gets any better. The DAB radio function on the unit seems to have permanently malfunctioned. Apparently it can be made to work through the app, and I go through lots of steps and everything that is supposed to happen does happen except no sound comes out of the speakers. The instructions are either absent or incomprehensible. My suggestion is to sack the whole app development team and get people who know what they are doing to start again from scratchShow lessNo more Tivoli
Why does Tivoli allow such useless app ???
Despite consistent feedback which describes the app as 'useless' 'unacceptable' 'worse than useless' etc. then how come Tivoli do absolutely nothing about their unusable app?
They obviously despise their customers . . .Johninnz

This app is completely baffling. We have had a model one for two years. Have never been able to figure out the app. So frustrating awful don’t buy this garbagedo ggvhhbbn
Software is horrendous
The software is bad enough to cancel out the quality of the speakers. Utter trash. When it works, great, but the ui is still horrible. Takes like 7 clicks just to play radio in the app.ljfriese
Do not buy
Great look, great sound, terrible performance. The Wi-Fi is always dropping out, the various speakers won’t stay connected to each other. It’s a constant annoyance.BenTilghman
