Struggling to get it going
Still appalling software
Tivoli - how can you be so good at making a radio and so pathetically bad at the software. Give up and outsource it

Thank you for your review. With the new IOS system, you will need to turn your location services on for the speakers to be able to connect to the app. To do this, go to your settings, scroll down on the main settings page until you see Tivoli ART and select Location. Be sure that our app has location services on. This should allow you to move forward with setting up your speakers. Great, but needs a tweak
My one request now is that the app makes it clear that to connect to previously-connected devices, that it requires Location is enabled, or finding a way around the issue entirely.

If you've previously connected your speakers to our original app, just make sure that your Location Services are turned on for our app and your speakers should appear on the new app without needing to go through the set up process.
