  • This is a great improvement over prior app

    I am using this app with the Tivoli Music System Home, and it is working flawlessly. And the System finds the Bluetooth connection very quickly. Oh, and I don’t know anything about the four drivers, but the speakers are excellent.

  • Struggling to get it going

    The directions are cryptic. It says connected, shows my network, but the light is blue, red, green. No sound. Buttons don’t work. Very frustrating. The support on the web is nonexistent. What’s up with that?
  • Still appalling software

    This software is still appallingly complicated and slow to connect. Had to use two different phones to finally get connect once. After all that, the firmware it updated for my Model One Digital is still the same one from 2.5 years ago (ie rubbish, with errors like not scrolling song title like it originally did). Still incredibly tedious to get streaming going etc etc. No improvement at all over the old software. We use the Model one to listen to one station only - so for that A$400 is a joke.

    Tivoli - how can you be so good at making a radio and so pathetically bad at the software. Give up and outsource it

  • Still garbage

    My model one digital sits behind a cactus on my desk. I haven’t bothered to try and use it for several months until tonight. Turns out there is a new app, wow! Okay, let listen to that “rocks in your head” comp. wha wha.... turns out this app is even worse then the previous iteration. Won’t connect, period. Well not exactly, turns out the speaker will connect to WiFi but that doesn’t mean anything since it won’t communicate with my phone. I have tried 20 times in almost as many different ways and still nothing. Classic worthless yet expensive consumer landfill fluff.

    Thank you for your review. With the new IOS system, you will need to turn your location services on for the speakers to be able to connect to the app. To do this, go to your settings, scroll down on the main settings page until you see Tivoli ART and select Location. Be sure that our app has location services on. This should allow you to move forward with setting up your speakers.   • Great, but needs a tweak

    After being given a recommendation for connecting to speakers that were connected via the previous app, my speakers are now connecting perfectly and are working well.

    My one request now is that the app makes it clear that to connect to previously-connected devices, that it requires Location is enabled, or finding a way around the issue entirely.

If you've previously connected your speakers to our original app, just make sure that your Location Services are turned on for our app and your speakers should appear on the new app without needing to go through the set up process.   • Still works poorly with ConX

    So far the new ART app does an even worse job connecting the Cube to my ConX setup. Well to be honest it hasn't connected at all so back to the old app.
  • Good improvement & Easy UI

    This new app is pretty good & a better updated version of the old. Connecting to my Tivoli Cube through Wi-Fi was so easy. Overall the app worked pretty well & the loading pictures is so cool with the other Tivoli Audio Product in the background.

    Wifi is awesome, connects fast and sounds loud, good quality 🔥
  • Simple setup

    Great to have a demo mode with this app. Makes using the speakers a breeze!
