  • Horrible for WiFi

    The Orb speaker I bought is great in my living room and I have no problem with the Bluetooth; however, the Tivoli Art app is just junk that does not work. I followed the directions and it still won’t work on WiFi. The app is poorly designed and fails at its basic job. The speaker is too expensive for this app not to work. When I went to select the consumer help feature in the app it sent me to a 404 error page on Tivoli. It is a nice speaker, but if you wanted a speaker to use with your WiFi network I would stay away from all Tivoli speakers unless they totally redesign the Tivoli Art app to actually work.

  • Garbage app ever

    I wish apple made Zero star...
    It took me tremendous effort and time to set up the speaker finally and three days later I had to go through all over again just to listen over wifi.
    I seriously doubt the skill level of the app developers and the company owner's effort to make this app work right... I dearly loved tivoli since the day I experienced 10 years ago but the speaker sound is also dull and something is going down with this company... Probably shutting down the business might be helpful for consumers like me to stop buying tivoli and not being in pain every time when I try to listen

  • Useless

    I can search for the song I want to play thru Bluetooth, but I can’t make it play. I have to set up my system every other time I want to use it. Why can’t it save my system? Also, there is nothing intuitive. Tech support acted as though I should know how their App worked when there is nothing obvious about it. Very cumbersome and unwieldy. I bought my system b/c Tivoli is a premium brand; hopefully they will eventually employ premium App designers. They answer the phone. They’re happy to help. Their App is just subpar.

  • Problems all over the place!

    Please help!

    1. I cannot re-install the firmware for any of the devices. The Model One Digital began installing, then stopped and I was advised to quit the App and re-start it and try again. Well, did that but the screen never came back... now I’m in limbo with this device.

    2. Cannot re-install the firmware for the orb speaker now is a phantom. It plays when I send signal to only that speaker, but once I create a Zone with another speaker, the original one will not play. Sometimes it just disappears from the Zone entirely.

    3. Every time I try to play the speakers after leaving them alone for any period of time, I have to set them up from scratch and do the entire process over again and again.

    4. At least one of the expensive batteries I purchased from you no longer holds any charge. I am afraid to test the other 4 batteries I bought for the other speakers because I fear I will lose my marbles!

    5. Devices used to work on “Party Mode” once I took the time to re-configure all 6 speakers, but I cannot find that option on this newer app.

    I have invested a lot of money with Tivoli over the years. Anything with wires work fine, but these wireless systems are failing me over the last couple of years since I bought them. Time has not improved them.

    The sound quality is good when I can get them to work. Please help! I know I am not the only person with these problems.

  • Wifi does not work, app is useless

    Tried several times to connect to wifi and use the app but is completely useless. Without connecting to wifi the app doesn’t work, most difficult radio to setup. Seems that Tivoli haven’t made any effort to resolve this issue despite it being a problem for every other reviewer
  • Poor design and weak functionality

    No need to say more, but...
    Set up required multiple attempts. Device powers down and requires to be reset up before reuse. Can’t stream content from your phone or your apps; you must use their app and designated streaming services. No pandora.
  • Going from bad to worst, even with brand-new device for Art app

    Deja vu — I can’t link the Cube anymore, can’t even connect anymore. After total failure to connect to Model CD and now an inaccessible Cube, I’m exhausted, frankly.
  • Poor design, worse functionality

    Good luck figuring this out. There is literally nothing intuitive about this app. I have managed to pair a Stereo and Cube, but it is only temporary. The wireless/Bluetooth/radio functions do not appear to be related, and the app, not your device, controls the volume. Really not satisfied with this at all. I’m ready to pack the devices and return them.

  • Sooooooo Frustrating!

    This app is the worst. I’m stuck with visually appealing but useless speakers and CD player because the app is impossible to use. Can’t even update the time on the radio without the app so that’s beyond frustrating.
