it’s been over 4 weeks when the box says 3-4 weeks. contact them with no response….

Never received report

This company charged me in May for a microbiome analysis and report. It is now August and I have not received it. This company is a scam. Do not give these people your credit card company. They are continuing to charge me more money. Going to file consumer protection complaint.

Bad app design

I wrote a submission after rating my results so far. I chose “poorly” and described why. The only way I could click the submit button was by clicking in the subject box and finally the keyboard disappeared. That page needs a keyboard minimizer button at the bottom or the submit button needs to be moved to the top of the page if the keyboard isn’t going to minimize. Maybe put the app through better UX design.

Slow service multiple logins

Poorly run. You are required to have a separate login for the app and the website. I filled out a form for customer service and never received a callback or email. Placed my custom order in mid February and haven’t gotten any updates on my sample or received any product. Thumbs down.

Life saver

This product literally saved my sanity. My son had chronic constipation for years and we did everything possible to heal his gut. We even went to countless specialists. I gave Flore’ a shot and I am so thankful. We are three years in our journey and we will never look back. This company gave my son his life back. That sounds overboard but it’s the truth. I am forever grateful.

Laggy

Takes a while to load through different screens and won’t let me add on another test. Inconvenient

So EASY!!

Kit was so easy to collect. App is very intuitive and extremely simple to navigate to register kit and fill out health survey. Awesome product!!

The app is broken

Awesome product glitchy app

Since this is a review for the app, I’ll focus on that. The products from Floré are wonderful, but the app is annoying when inputting initial information. The kit ID fields were filled with an example ID number that you have to delete one at a time, and on each deletion the cursor automatically reverts to the previous field so I had to input my ID several times to make sure it was correct because it kept jumping back to the last field. The scan QR code function for the ID did not work, but that would’ve been easier. When registering, I couldn’t input a date. It made me select from a scrolling wheel, and after trying it a few ways I couldn’t input the correct day for the date, so I just had to go with the current day. These were super annoying setup issues that, for an $80 monthly subscription felt lacking in quality control and bug fixes.

7.0.1 is completely broken

Since the update four days ago. I can’t see anything within the app. When I open the app I only see the orange background. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Logging in after reinstall just shows a white background as well. Almost as if all my data has been wiped. I recently just submitted my second report and was eager to compare. Now I don’t know what to think. I also sent a message to support yesterday with no reply yet.
