Description of Living Ashram

If you ever feel overwhelmed, unable to focus, struggle to find meaningful connection and a sense of purpose, or that you've lost motivation or hope, please know that you are definitely not alone. Help is right here, at the end of your fingertips, in this app. We invite you to think of this app as your safe space, where you are always unconditionally accepted, supported and heard. While disconnection and suffering are universal, if we deal with the root causes of ill health and take a Whole Human Approach to wellbeing, then we are all capable of creating and maintaining a sustainable state of positive health and wellbeing. For the first time, in one place, find highly targeted tools and resources to support all four core pillars of health and wellbeing: mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. All components of our app are carefully designed, and created from extensive science and evidence based research across neuroscience, psychology, physiology and spirituality. There are two complementary parts of the app; The Giving Week and the Resource Hub. The Giving Week is a guided wellbeing programme, containing practices which enable you to release stress, unhealthy beliefs, emotions and patterns of behaviour, and regain connection to yourself, others and the world beyond. The Resource Hub contains insightful articles, videos and book recommendations to support all four core pillars of health. Our Hub has urgent mental and emotional free helplines that you can dial straight from the app on your phone. There's also volunteer matching and friend matching resources as both have proven health benefits, as well as 5 minute biohacks that immediately stop spirals into depression and anxiety, and a whole host of other tools and information. Everything is designed to be high impact, and easy to integrate into busy lives. For businesses, the app is part of a bigger product offering of data based analytics and reports and customized out of app wellbeing solutions; such as out of app in-person and online workshops and one on one counseling sessions. As part of our 360 degree ethical business model, we allocate 25% of all profits to fund highly targeted programmes at our charity partners, that enable adults and children to permanently break free from the cycle of abuse, and live emotionally, physically and financially independent lives.
