Some very helpful exercises to quieten the mind, with options in length, which is very useful when trying to fit it into a busy day! Also lots of brilliant resources and great book recommendations!

I was delighted to discover Living Ashram, their app isn’t just like any other wellbeing app.
It’s guided practices and whole body wellbeing approach has been illuminating. I use the their concious breathing practice regularly. My favourite part of the app is the deeds of appreciation. Little achievable, thoughtful practices I can do everyday.
If you suffer from stress or anxiety it definitely an app to try! 🙌🙌

I love this app, from the practices to the resources, it has everything you need to de-stress at the touch of a button. The breathing practices have transformed the way I start and finish my day, thank you.

Life changing
Love this app and I use it nearly every day now. Ever since I started doing the practices, I feel calmer and much more at peace - they are super super effective at managing stress. The app is very easy to use and has an excellent Resource Hub with lots of expert wellbeing recommendations. My favourite practices are the conscious breathing which instantly helps me if I’m ever feeling anxious or overwhelmed. I never knew what a difference using something like this could make in your everyday life, can’t live without it now!

Really great App!
This was the first app in terms of mindfulness or mental well being I downloaded and I am super happy with it! I really like that I can chose how long each session is, makes it is to adapt to any situation. I am also enjoying the direct links to other resources, making it easier to learn more. I would highly recommend this app.
