Frustrating app
It’s quite obvious that the developers of the app and whoever is responsible in Aston does not care about the quality of this service so this review is not for them.
Basic functions of the app are either missing or not working properly.
Registration process is repetitive and frustrating. At some point it says I can’t register because I have already registered and that an email is now sent to my now CLOSED Aston email!
It was already a sport selecting from a drop down menu.
It returned wrong error message saying the captcha was incorrect while the problem was something else.
There were also grammatical errors.
I’m sure I could add to this list but I’ve given up already and decided to go somewhere else.
I guess this is what happens when there is no competitor around and Aston centre is sure they would have enough student customers

Functions Need Improving a LOT
23/7/21 - currently the app is down since Monday. Would be helpful if users can top up credit on the app so that when it comes to booking that can be used if data security is an issue. Also, it would make it efficient if the address is saved (if user prefers) so that it’s quicker to pay.
