Still way too slow and laggy
Although they have fixed the issue with not being able to see notes when writing them out, the app is still running too slow. I am still having to log out and in again several times because the app just goes white/lags when in a visit or if clicking off to see notes etc.
Save action button disappears
With the last update, on my IPhone, the green button “SAVE ACTION” disappears if I need to add something in the notes before charting them as given. It’s not hidden by the keyboard, it’s just not there anymore. I need to change the action to “NO” then go back to “YES” and then the green button reappears at the bottom of the page. Please sort the issue, thank you

PASS……..yeah I would if I had a choice
Since I’ve been using this app about a year I’ve had constant problems.
Most recent the iPhone issue which went on and on and on. Since the patch to fix this issue it’s been slow and glitchy for the whole team. At the weekend no access to customer records and alarmingly no access to medication. Today I got blocked out of my visit and had to restart and manually tag out. I then got logged out again and had to re log disrupting my third visit. By the last visit it was hit or miss if anything was being recorded. Please can you fix it for me to have one shift free of drama and if you can avoid using this app do!!!!!

App is terrible
Been using for years and since new version was installed there is nothing but issues no matter what update is sent out. As a care on the district we have limited time in calls that should be spent caring for the client.. not having phone in hand because you can’t select tasks without app freezing or on a big delay. Care that are running pass need to be able to open the information they need when they need it!
It’s not a reliable service at the moment. Given 1 star as unable to select 0!!

Awful
If I could rate this 0 stars I would! As domiciliary carer this app is supposed to help us and in able us to complete our jobs! It’s a legal document. For the past few weeks it’s been rubbish, would not load won’t show the clients or details. Would take over 20 minutes to complete notes! This is a rubbish app and is not fit for purpose!
The help line is useless and unable to say when it would be fixed! Stay away from this company!!

Poor service, poor after care, poor performance
I work in domiciliary care and have used pass for a good few years. It used to be good, now it is awful. Signing in issues, calls un-allocating themselves from carers, cancelled calls reinstating themselves, logging in issues, logging out issues, problems completing care notes, problems reading past care notes etc etc. I could go on, but I’m tired of going on about it. I am in constant contact with pass’ customer service, and several “investigations” have been opened by pass for the issues we have and nothing is ever done about it. When they have an issue that they advertise they are “fixing” with a new download, the new download brings another set of problems. And forget about customer service of a weekend, as even though they are charging you a fee to use their services, including there customer service, they seem to think that support is only required Monday through Friday. Do your best to use another app to run your business through as I promise you, you’ll regret using PASS.

Very Slow
The app has potential to be really good and helpful. However it is very slow and really drains your battery. I often have to write my notes in my phone notes and then copy them into my notes on the app, it’s a lot of effort but it’s MUCH quicker. I’ve been advised to update the app so hopefully it works. But I’ve been using the app since December and so far it’s just been painful to use. It’s also been made difficult to give our notice to use a new, better system.

Stress
Makes an already stressful job 10x more stressful! Takes forever to load, can’t tick off tasks and is generally so slow I feel like throwing my phone. My work partner has a old galaxy phone and it’s faster on hers than my new iPhone…how is this possible 🤦♀️? . Can end up making you late , especially when you need to administer medication and can’t leave the patients property until you complete meds tasks …seriously an awful app

Slow and unresponsive
I’ve noticed over the last few days the system seems to be very slow and glitchy and lagging in it’s response, if a client has a long task list it is utterly painful and slow in it’s response when ticking off each task before you even get to the end where you then have to enter your care notes, it’s not good enough where time is essential when moving between clients and yes I’ve reset the app, my iPhone 15 is all up to date.
