I think for iOS it work effectively, and you can change the settings such that you will only log in with 4 digit pins and not your password, overall it’s a 9/10 for me
AWFUL AVOID!!
My company had gone to this app, and I’ve never been so stressed about an app! Constantly wants updating, constantly doesn’t work and it’s the worst app I’ve ever known. Often get stuck in calls with no option to log out, calls get cancelled after being in for 30+ minutes so easily as half the time the log out option doesn’t show making log ins so inaccurate, half the company can’t log in. Probably had about 3 days in the last month where I’ve had no issues. I could go on forever with reasons why NOT to use this! I would rate 0 stars but it won’t allow me to! AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Horrendous
This app is awful, I’m constantly stuck in visits and unable to log out for hours, having to go aeroplane mode off and on until I’m able to log out. No log in offline option anymore which is awful if you have terrible signal where you are. If a client is activated on pass after their scheduled pass call time their visit doesn’t show up at all. What a terrible system. I wish I didn’t have to use it for work.
