I'm disappointed that it took me leaving a review on the app store for you to respond to my concerns. It seems like you only care about fixing issues when they're made public, which isn't fair to users like me.
You didn't mention that the app only lets me see 25 posts, which feels like you're hiding something important.
Your explanations about why the app works this way don't make me feel any better. And saying you've replied to my emails doesn't seem true. If you really want to help users, you need to do better at communicating.
Honestly, your response just makes me more frustrated with Garny. If you want to make things right, you need to actually listen to users and fix the problems.
