Absolutely worst customer service
Since they moved to their new Oregon location, this company has been an absolute mess. It took them 6 months to find some items I had purchased. And recently I have asked them to purchase something for me through their new service and they bought the wrong items. It took them more than a month to fulfil the order and made the most basic mistake. The worst part is that their customer service doesn’t even respond to emails. I will have to charge back the almost 500 USD I paid them for this service because they scammed me! Don’t use them, they don’t care about their customers. Shame on you Shipping Cart!Avoid them! Use other forwarders!
They lost the item I ordered from Amazon. Ever since they moved their warehouse to Oregon, their service has already become unreliable.

They took my money on Dec 2022 and late Feb 2023 have yet to ship the items I paid to ship. Shameful business practice. They promise updates, expedites and them close your support request as resolved - yet your items are still
Not shipped. Feb 23, 2023 they announced it is taking 88 to ship SEA shipments. That is 88 days to package your items and turn them over to the shipper - Parent company of QuadX and ShippingCart. Then another 6-8 weeks before arrival. Do the math and it is 5-6 months to get your items.
They even encourage us to use other suppliers. So it has to be real bad
