Absolutely worst customer service
Since they moved to their new Oregon location, this company has been an absolute mess. It took them 6 months to find some items I had purchased. And recently I have asked them to purchase something for me through their new service and they bought the wrong items. It took them more than a month to fulfil the order and made the most basic mistake. The worst part is that their customer service doesn’t even respond to emails. I will have to charge back the almost 500 USD I paid them for this service because they scammed me! Don’t use them, they don’t care about their customers. Shame on you Shipping Cart!
