Important App for Family members that is always crashing
Every few weeks, as I am trying to relate activities to my 98 year Dad to participate, from this web site. The web site Crashes , shut down, passwords do not work. And I am able to help my Dad with current activities at his residence. “Not Happy”!
Terrible App
When you click on a picture of your loved one, it’s always blurry. You have to open and close it several times before it actually appears clear. Also, I’ve noticed recently three months worth of my loved ones pictures have all disappeared. When you live far away and this is the only visual contact you have it makes a difference I’ve contacted the facility that uses this app and they don’t even know how to fix it either so now three months worth of pictures are completely gone. Not to mention you can’t even see the pictures because they’re blurry, until you keep opening and reopening and hope that they just load clearly.

USELESS
Doesn’t say how to login for the first time.
My Mom’s assisted living sent an email mentioning this app. I downloaded the app and it asks for user name and password. There is no way to create one.
Complete useless app!!

Works well
Very helpful for family members.
Useless
Worked for a few months then when a notification pops up, nothing show but the app photo. No customer service help or support.
Works on one device....not the other two
Worked great on my first iPad with a photo of my loved Mom and her activities for the day.....go to my iPhone and no photo and basically just calls out “active” for breakfast lunch and dinner. Other device show photos of Mom during various activities. All devices have the latest version of the App loaded , 2.0.4
