Since I am concerned about a fall or heart issue, I persuaded him to wear the device.
We’ve had it about two weeks, and I have tried unsuccessfully to install the app on my phone. My problem was that I had an old app and it’s information from an app connected to my mom and her Lively mobile.
That had to be completely deleted. An email invite had to be sent to an address not connected already with the device. Then, follow the instructions, and all is well! So far, anyway!
