    All of a sudden the app won’t connect to wife’s rove 6. Restarted unit several times still no luck.

    It is missing essential information for initial pairing that requires a tech support call to find out. After that the reliability seems to be poor. It dropped the connection and, again it won’t reconnect following the directions to just restart the unit.
