Won’t even let me cancel/ reschedule my ticket after I realized I purchased the wrong date a week in advance. I only downloaded the app because the website wouldn’t work & am severely disappointed.Harriett Tubeman
Missing crucial features
Weirdly devoid of such incredibly basic features as being able to change your password. I searched all through the app and it apparently has no ability to manage your account. No password changes, no changing your email. If these features exist they are deeply hidden. I can’t begin to imagine what a terrible design this is. they used to have a nice website to buy tickets. now they only have an app... i’m updating my review as they seemed to have fixed the app. the app is fine, but i liked the website better. why do i have to have an app just to buy tickets in advance?robg69
