Too many glitches
App rarely works correctly. I’ve had this app for several years and continually have issues with either getting the app to load or to scan. Even with updates there are still too many issues. Current issue is the scanner…sometimes the screen is just black, or if it shows the ticket in the scanner is literally just for a millisecond and you can’t even see it long enough to see if you have the ticket lined up correctly to scan. Looking up past winning numbers also isn’t working correctly. Clicked on past powerball winning numbers and it pulls up past TX lotto numbers. Useless.

Texas state lottery are crooks
I have been playing for 3 years being I moved from another state and in that 3 years I have won pennies on the dollar . I watch through the website the scratch off process and clearly there is robbery going on . They close games with top prizes still available. New games will be released and 4 weeks will go bye on a 20$ ticket and the only prizes won are couple grand like if a 20$ ticket has been out for 4 weeks you guys have gotten millions out of it and your telling me only 3 people have won 3 prizes of 2 grand ??? Crooks the government should audit you guys they will see

Scanner
I enjoy having this app, including the digital coupons and uploading features that are offered, also keeping a digital record of my numbers. After countless updates, the scanner still has issues. For an organization that collects millions upon millions of dollars every year, this should not be a problem with all the technology now used with phone camera software. Other than that, I like this app. I will continue to use, and rely up store scanners when the app does not work. Thank you.
